DPRK Premier makes field survey of agricultural sector of South Hwanghae Province
  Kim Tok Hun, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made a field survey of the agricultural sector of South Hwanghae Province.
  Looking round farms in different regions including Jaeryong, Anak, Sinchon and Thaethan counties, he said the agricultural officials in the province should plan and guide the present farming processes in a more substantial way, bearing in mind the importance of the duty in attaining the goal of grain production this year.
  While learning about the grain management in a number of counties including Anak County, he stressed the need to know well the demand of the Party policy, improve the grain drying and storing capacity and actively introduce the advanced grain processing technology so that it can prove effective in reality.
  The consultative meetings held on the spot discussed some issues including the one on directing all efforts to finishing this year's farming with success before taking necessary measures.
  Earlier, Premier Kim Tok Hun acquainted himself with the production of trial equipment of different kinds at regional-industry factories and underscored the need to manufacture the ordered equipment on a highly qualitative level by making an active use of the advanced science and technology so as to thoroughly implement the regional development policy of the Party.
