Happy Children
In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea the children with or without parents grow up happily under the special concern of the respected fatherly Marshal
The baby homes and orphanages are regularly provided with foodgrain, basic foodstuffs, meat, eggs, fish, vegetables, fruit, confectionery, daily necessaries and medicines.
He held the pretty children in his arms, wishing them a happy future. And he paid special concern to their nursing and upbringing and instruction and edification for them.
That day, he said that the officials of the baby home and orphanage should induce the children to have proper moral traits from their childhood. He specially emphasized that the nurses and teachers should be part mothers and part teachers of the children and in other words, their right mothers and educators.
He continued: There is a saying that what is learned in the cradle is carried to the tomb. People should be well-educated from their childhood. It is important to educate the children so that they can have good etiquette in all domains of life such as the greetings they exchange with their teachers or elders when meeting or parting with them.
